Q: Why was the Blonde & Blue CD never released?

M: I'm not sure. I guess Alison Gordy never found anybody to release it.

Q: Why have you not worked with Andy McCoy since Hanoi Rocks?

M: No reason. Besides, I actually have, on a couple of occasions.

Q: Are there plans for a Demolition 24?

M: No. Fuck, No.

Q: Were you surprised that you had such a loyal following in Toronto, given the fact that the gig here in February was not promoted?

M: I was quite happy with the response I got. A lot of great people... It was fun.

Q: What is your favoutire song you have ever recorded on any album?

M: Well, I guess right now, "Where's The Fire, John?"

Thank you, Lambchops.

Q: Dear Michael,as a long standing fan of Yours, I´d like to ask you about songwriting. As we both know popularity and respect have to be earned(You´ve done it in quite a way)in music business it means doing something spectacular, in other words doing a song or a whole album that´ll "shock the world".Almost every stardom in rock/pop music has got it´s start from a massive hit-song.With a hit song and a right attitude(which You don´t seem to lack)you can do miracles.I don´t know a single world class band which doesn´t have a single that is been known all over the world(Sex Pistols is the only exception I know). So here´s finally the question: have You ever though of co-writing with some experts and musicians(Axl Rose, Desmond Child,"Andy" to name a few)cos when two genious get together the result is usually stunning. This doesn´t neccessarily have mean compromising! With all Love Lasse

M: In order to co-write there has to be a chemistry between the writers. My label tried to hooking me & Steve Stevens up with one Jim Vallance (write with Aerosmith i.e.) as they keep trying in vain to have a formula for writing a "quarenteed Hit Song" by hiring some "flavour of the month" name. We flew all the to Vancouver (HIS home town) and this boring old git just sat & watched, while me & Steve wrote 2 new songs. He even got credit on one of them for doing jack shit!

Experts? Hardly.. i.e. Desmond Child only an expert in boring formula corporate "rock" - the songs are mostly pretty much based on the chords of "Because The Night" (Springsteen & Patti Smith). Like most Bon Jovi songs basically, which is fine for Jon & Guys.. But FUCK! He even made Alice Cooper sound like Bon Jovi!!!!

Q: Oletko mukana Andyn elokuvassa? Jos olet näytteletkö itseäsi?

M: Mahdollisesti...

Q: Would you come to Montreal, Canada to make a show? I'm a fan of you since a long time ago. And, I'm not the only one in my country.

M: I'd be happy to perform in Montreal anytime. It's a pretty City. Hanoi was meant to play there amidst recording the "2 Steps From The Move" album in Toronto. However Razzle was so sick with a high fever that he couldn't even hold the drumsticks at the soundcheck. So this was one of the extremely rare occasions when Hanoi had to cancel a Show.

Q: I'm searching everywhere to have "Peace of Mind", so where
can I find it?

M: Well... stay tuned to the net and fairly soon you might be positively surprised.

Q: I wish that one day you'll come in Montreal. That's all what I had to ask you.

M: I hope so too. Thank You.

Q: By the time, do you the gothic scene, you know people always in black? Some human vampires! That's a joke, but I'm one of them. If you know that, can you describe me a little bit the gothic scene in Finland.

M: It's probably about the same as over there... if anything... Or - BLACK.

Q: I heard the rumour that Michael might be appear as a stage opener for Backyard Babies Japan tour in Nov. Is is true??

M: No, it's not true as far as I know... and I am Michael Monroe... at least I was the last time I looked! Thank You.

From Anu

Q: Tuletko Jyväskylään 28.11 Backyard Babies:n mukana? Olisi IHANAA!

M: En tiedä. Ei ole ollut puhetta... epäilen.. tuskin.. ei. Olisi varmaan IHANAA.

Q: Joko levy-yhtiö uutta levyä varten on tiedossa? Odotan malttamattomana!!!

M: Ei vielä varmasti, mutta maltahan vielä tovi, hyvä ystävä.

Kiitos

Q: Why doesn't he visit Chicago instead of New York? i.e. Any plans to tour the States?

M: Because "he" didn't happen to have a gig booked there. No concrete plans right now, but in the future yes. And next time I hope Chicago too!

Thank You.
