on aina "The king of R´n´R

Moi Makke ! Ihan vaan kiitokset eilisestä (28.10) loistavasta
keikasta Vanhan clubi-illassa. Oli taas tosi nastaa jorata täysillä

I'm tired... Yesterday I was Michael watching at Vanha. And you
know, it's not easy to fall asleep after such a show. Once again
he was full of energy and part of that positive energy is now
inside of me. Audience was not the usual because of the club.
Well, it was great to see 50 vear old ladies dancing and having
fun...no-one seems to be safe, when Mike is on the stage. And
for the very first time I heard Michael singing Taxi Driver live!
Great!!! Mike, as soon as you make a new record on a good label
get out of Finland! Here aren't so many people who understand
what you're all about. Sad but true. You're wasting your time
here. Good for us who dig your stuff, but what about the rest
of the world? It's missing you.

I don't know what to write... First, Lonely, I'm sorry. I know
how does it feel when you lose someone. Then, Michael, I wanted
to say that your music is GREAT! Sometimes ehen I'm sad, I listen
to something Hanoi Rocks or your solostuff. And it helps. Your
song Loniless Loves Me More is really good, and so it's the whole
album (Peace Of Mind). Michael, come to Lahti. I want to see
you!

Hey you all freaks... I just saw Mike`s pictures and he was kind
of cute. So I had to make my mark in here. All good for him and
drag our country out of the mud.

Mahtavaa! Mike nostaa Suomea huipusti maailman kartalle! On se
hyvä että edes joku soittaa meille aitoa rockia, ettei
meidän tarvitse hukkua tähän techno-paskaan!

(EET) Thank you Michael, that was the kindest
thing.. Her real name was Khari, but she thought that was too
boring...she and her best friend Meredith were planning a trip
abroad to see you...I just thought you'd like to know a little
bit more about her... Thank you again for your thoughts...

Well, I've been an avid fan of Michael Monroe since 1992-1993
or something like that. I remember that the first time I listened
to Hanoi Rocks I freaked out. They were so cool. I love Michael
Monroe personality. He's one of a kind. I became aware of him
because of my biggest influence Sebastian Bach (Ex-Skid Row Singer).
Michael Monroe is one of the bests. I haven't had the chance
to check his solo records yet, but they must be killer. I hope
Mike continues giving all the rock & roll fans good music. Keep
on rockin'

Nice site. Mike always did care about the fans (that's what sets
him apart) Great to see that Mike is still out there doing his
magic. I'm glad he has never sold out and is "not fakin'
it". Mike and Stiv Bators are two of my favs. They share(d)
the same attitude. Stiv would be proud of ya Mike. Keep the faith,
ya still have lots of fans out there.

(EET DST) hello i'm not a fan. i'm a rock'n'roll-lover.
i think mike is a very giftet and inspiring person. i do really
dig hanoi roxx and demolition 23. i also think that his solo-lp
'not fakin it' (what an odd title!) is awesome. the newer songs
are so so la la... i have the impression, that he's exhausted
and needs maybe a new energy input. and i also think, that it
was a good idea to move from new york to the countryside of finland.
this city mayby would have killed him. i know how it feels when
half of your good friends - and i mean really good ones, which
you generally don't have too many - are dead. i went trough the
same shit. you know, switzerland is the top leader of juvenile
suicides and drug addicts! i'm writing this coz, when i surfed
through your very nice and dedicated webpages, i stopped at the
pictures-section. there i saw something that moved me. mike lookes
pretty happy in the pix of the good old days (which are great
fun by the way), but when i saw the new ones, i saw a sad guy,
who has been punished in his life and not deserving it! i totally
agree with his choice and i appreciate that he's not into getting
a big fucking rockstar with loads of commitments but still being
able to make the sound he wants to and make a living of it. this
is the real thing (and that's the link to the title of his solo-lp!).
this way he can play the cool clubs with the right crowd. instead
of huge arenas and anonymus people cheering you, but if you wouldn't
stand on stage they'd probably stab your back coz you got long
hair and make-up on! rock'n'roll forever and lots of love sarah

MONROE is!! It`s really good that at least someone from Findland
is so popular singer(and guitarplayer)!! I`m just a young boy(17),
so I don`t know how famous Hanoi Rocks was (and are)!! But of
course I have heard all kinds of things about Hanoi Rocks!! I

at 23:25:27 (EET DST) I'd love to hear "Peace
of Mind" if I could find it. I once saw you play in Cleveland
OH on the not fakin' it tour and after the show I waited in subzero
temperatures for an auto graph. You signed Michael on a MONROE
AVE. street sign I had stolen, it was the only autograph ya'
gave and it meant a lot to this little Hanoi fan, thanks. I keep
that autographed street sign next to my amp in my band's rehearsal
space. We're called THE MYSTERY ADDICTS and we have a 7"
out on Beer City Records here in the states. Starting Nov. 4th
we go out on our first tour for 2 weeks across the southwest
USA. It's our attempt to bring our brand of glam-punk-sonic-rock
'n' roll to the masses. Wish us luck & thanks for the inspiration.
