Hey Mike, I would just like to say, I never really knew your music until just recently. I'd heard of Hanoi Rocks growing up, but never heard any of it, or picked it up. But when I started reading up on my favorite band Motley, I found out what happened to Razzle, and then not long after that, I met Sami (I work at Guitar Center and sold him some gear), and since have spoken to him several times over the past few months (although I have yet to go to one of his gigs...eventually). since then I went out and got a bunch of Hanoi records and, well I was blown away! You guys were awesome! I even had Sami autograph my Oriental Beat CD. Well I found this site to see what you'd been doing over the years and I've been on this site for almost 2 hours now. It totally rocks dude!! Just lettin' you know I look forward to buying the rest of the Hanoi stuff I don't have yet, and all your solo stuff. Thanx for stickin' around...

For me his music is sometimes the only ray of light in the middle of the misty life. I love him and his music very much. And I care about him. Michael sang Russian Roulette (the Lords... song) and an other song I didn't recognize at Nosturi last friday. Great gig! After the gig Michael was hanging around among the crowd. Well, and about the drug thing... I don't know if Michael does drugs and what does it matter if he does? It's his business (but driving car under influence of drugs is a different thing, because someone else might get hurt - remember Razzle for example. I hope and believe that Michael didn't do it.). Yesterday, @ Nosturi in Helsinki, Michael introduced the band "Crystal Ecstasy" from Turku, and ended up singing with them at the end of their set. Despite horrendously bad sound and miscellaneous other technical flaws, CE pulled off a spirited set consisting of some brilliant own songs and an UNBELIEVABLE version of Marc Bolan & T. Rex's "20th century boy". Michael joined the guys at the end to sing a little something by Stiv... You just shoulda been there!

Mike monroeta EPÄILLÄÄN huumaantuneena ajamisesta, huumausaineen hallussapidosta ja ajokortitta ajamisesta. Helsingissä oli kuulemma ajellut joulukuussa -99 kytät vieny verikokoeisiin ja verestä läytyi amfetamiinia ja hasista ja myös ruumiintarkastuksessa pieni määrä hasista..Helmikuussa on juttu jätetty syyteharkintaan Helsingin syyttäjävirastoon.. että sellasesta oli kyse. Kaiken lisäks siinä sanottiin väärin et Mike olis ollu pääesiintyjänä pari viikkoa sitten huumeiden vastaisessa valistus tapahtumassa joka se(kin) oli ihan falskia koska se on vasta tulossa, eli ei kirjottajalta paljoa ammattitaitoa löytynyt moraalista puhumattakaan!!

I feel so sad after hearing the news. I don't what's true and what's false, I just hope best for Michael cos I love him so. I wish he stays out of drugs cos they can make life very miserable and I think he knows it already.
