What the fuck? Isn´t it obvious that the guys are talking shit about Sami and Nasty. I think it is at least funny that Andy and Mike collect the money from these gigs and then they say that they don´t do it for money, but Nasty and Sami would do. I am not saying that these guys do it just for the money, but some respect for the other members would be nice, because I listen to the whole band not just Andy or Mike.

Sami Yaffa said (on Mad Juana web-site) that you and Andy have always talked shit about other Hanoi Rocks members. I don't believe his words - he's bullshitting now. This world is full of deceivers - you just cannot trust anyone these days.

Kiitos keikasta On The Rocksissa!

Well , I've never heard Flaming Sideburns so I can't say anything...But as far Is I can tell at least since I saw the Real McCoy video is that the life of hanoi rocks have been Rock 'n' Roll and nothing else. Andy & Mr Monroe never graduated from school or could possible not have been into sports...If u release your debut album when you're just a bunch of kids from 18 to 19...Go figure. Mike will always be the god of rock to me !

What's all this??? Flaming Sideburns are fucking great! Why do you always have to have these childish discussions here in this guestbook? These messages (as far as I kwow) should be messages that has something to do with Michael Monroe or related things. There are other forums dedicated to this kind of band-bashing. Thank you and Merry x-mas and Happy new year to you Mr. Monroe.

Hey, I think all those who heard Michael advertise a Monroe/McCoy-gig on radio know what MM thinks of the "Flaming Shite-Urns". The ad was a clear parody of an FS ad, where their boasted "we´ll show you how rock is supposed to be played". FS is all about hype, the kind that is born out of the fact that all these wanna-be-rockers and little "vallu valpios" (=journos, to you foreigners) know each other and can´t critize anything in their little circle. They play soccer together, for chrissakes! Imagine Michael or Andy doing something like that! I always thought jocks (and sports in general) were very anti-rock and pro-Bryan Adams. Cheers, have a nice one!

Michael, I have listened through *all* Hanoi and post-Hanoi stuff - every single album in a row. C'mon, you are miles above whatever you did with Hanoi. We all know, you (and/or your mates) have written the tunes instead of Andy and hey, well done indeed. Me too, I would've loved to see you (especially with what you know and are capable of today) fronting the almighty Hanoi Rocks. However, I think you would have been even better off with Demolition 23. What a band that was! What did those two bands have in common? You. What was the difference? Probably Andy and Jude - as the prime source of inspiration. Both loved by you, I reckon, and the latter sorely missed. Still, life must go on. In future, be yourself, do not ever compromise. Do not let anyone else to misguide you. I believe that good things come for those who wait. Do not take it literally, though. Keep on keeping on! Cheers, Heikki

Flaming Sideburns are a bunch of kids, no offence. They are not 24hours&7days/week rockers. You either are a rocker or you are not. Flaming Sideburns are a part time rockers - to me they are nothing, sorry.

Yup, Monroe/Hanoi fans are the best. I wonder how many other so-called "rock stars" can boast such a loyal following through the decades? It's all about charisma. Makes me puke when I think of shitsters like Steps, Westlife, S Club 7 etc raking in the cash for having no talent whatsoever. Have they ever actually WRITTEN a song? Thank god for people like Mike and Andy to counter-balance all the shit in the world.

Michael, I discovered your music lately and I must say you ROCK, man! But what's (perhaps) more important is the fact that you've got a good head on your shoulders. It is simply amazing to see a rock-legend who is so down-to-earth. People need a person like you to help them through their tough times - I certainly hope there's someone in your life to help YOU when you're having tough times. You're very important person to a lot of people. We - the citizens of Turku - are very happy that you moved here. I hope that people will understand to let you live normal life and they don't bother you too much. Thanks for the great music and the thoughts you have given to each one of us. Stay wild!

Dear Michael, Excuse my english but I want to express you my condolences about Jude's death. I know that it's very difficult but I would like you keep rockin', cause you have a brother in Spain that have lost someone and you make me stand up. I know that you can't reply all those E-mails, but you must Know that when you play again in Barcelona I will be there in the first line, I will be another fan for you, but you must know that the things that you sing about make me stronger to stay alive. Thank you Michael and Jude (you'll be always in the memory). Peace.

To Village girl (& everyone else): The "cancellation" of a gig that was never even confirmed in the first place is hardly a good reason to speculate over Michael's & Andy's relationship. I wish to remind you all that assumption is the mother of all fuck-ups. By the way, the gentlemen in question are doing just fine with each other. Merry xmas one and all!

Annina: it was me who asked Sam ,about H-Revisited thing. And Yes he repplied that Andy&Mike have always talked shit about their ex-band members. But he DID NOT take it as an insult. Well it was some interview where Andy&Mike told that Sam&Nasse would be only in it for the money. And Nasse is not even playin' anymore and Sam 's got his own things ,so I think it isn't that serious...

LA-bändit on omalla tavallaan ok, mutta silti musta nää "kultti-rock" bändit on parempia, ja aidompia. loppuun: michael monroe - keep on rockin!!!

Ja nyt te kalastelette RAHAA vanhoilla biiseillä... Sano toki, jo tää ei oo totta. Mä kuulin tän ku, Joku tyyppi kysy Mad Juanan sivuilla Samilta, et tiesikö se Hanoi Revisitedistä. Hey Madsen I don´t really get your point??Skid Row and Guns don´t have anything of their own??Who wrote their music then?? Sorry to say this but it wasn´t Iggy or Johnny or Stiv or Ilari Peltola not to mention Andy or Michael or anyone else who composed their music!!If you´re talking about influences then that´s a totally different chapter, we all need influences and inspiration as a foundation for our own product. midnight/tornado: I figured you dig a lot of Skid Row and Guns n' Roses. There's nothing wrong in these bands, but have you ever check out bands like: MC5, Stooges, The Dead Boys, Hellacopters, SMACK (this is the best!), Ramones, Sex Pistols, Mötorhead......etc... etc... so there's lot fuckin good rock bands, guns n' roses were that band who saved the 80's from disaster of shit. you know what I mean, like Bon Jovi and shit: there were lot of these kind of shit fuckin bands, (except: Mötley Crue were good band, fuckin good band!). But what I'm telling you now, is that Guns n' Roses were the band which haven't got ever a any own thing! This band is straight copie from the 70's! Of course the is sound of 80's that it will sell goodly but, you know what I mean... Skid Row is cool but still it was a god damn TREND fuckin band. nothing own. If you have something to talk or review me, just send me a e-mail.

Everything from ac/dc to Ramones to Sex Pistols to Alice Cooper to Patti Smith, oh thank you for Patti Smith! to roxy music to demolition 23 and of cource Michael Monroe and Hanoi Rocks too. it was also good to hear love it to death by michael and Hardcore Superstar. AND we also heard songs from the Only For Japan-cd wich made me SO HAPPY!!! thank You once again Michael for a great evening!!! Love and Light to everyone! and happy holidays!

Is anything going on in the life of Michael Monroe? At least this website has been kind of dead for a couple of months now. Please let us know what's going on!

Well.I doubt that because Nicke Borg is wearing MÖTLEY CRÛE shirt on the "making enemies is good"album cover, that would be the reason why Mike didn´t show up on theBYB gig...guess he isn´t that childish. And BTW, MÖTLEY CRUE is a great group, Andy has said that RAZZLE would have killed himself sooner or later,it just happened that way. So i have understood that Andy or Mike has no hard feelings against the CRUE crew.

I just discovered a competitor for Appetite for Destruction in the best ever album section: the first Skid Row album!!!(only three songs to skip: 18 and Life, Youth Gone Wild, I Remember You(over played these three)). Bach is just an awesome singer!!What a voice register he has! Just makes me wonder again what the EP Andy and Sebastian made together might have sounded like. I got your albums too Michael and you´re also among the top three of all times!!!Andy´s the worst singer I´ve ever heard live to be honest:)..a good song writer he is though...
