Damn... It's June 5th and my sister is having her graduation party at the same day! Hopefully MM would play in the late evening, then I might have a chance to go.

Hmmh. I say this to every new gig added. I will be there if i can rip off moneys from somewhere. Would be pretty cool to see Axl because im a fan of OLD GNR but i actually hate the new one, so i wouldnt go to new "GNR"-gig only. But when Michael is there too, it would be cool to check out Axl. And maeby theyll play something together.

EDIT: Those VIP packets seem very fucking stypid for me. This is supposed to be a rock festival, eh? What does those VIP rich peoples packet do there. Oh well..

The VIP packages are for people like me, when you reach a sertain age (and economic stability) you are willing to pay some more money for better service.
If we take this festival for example, I live at Åland Islands, if I would go to this festival (I am going to Sweden rock festival, so it might be that I won´t come to this one)
I will need to buy some food, I will drink a lot, with VIP bars you dont need to wait so long for a beer and because of that you need to use the toilets a little bit more often, and thrust me real toilets are worth a lot!

When I was VIP at Globe arena when Rammstein played a couple of weeks ago, we had great service and I don´t think we vere any different from the other rockers front of the stage.

Michael Monroe Band: diamond! As expected Cool Shame it was first on the list. Could've saved a few hours of standing around had they played right before GN'R...

White Lies: okay.

Danko Jones: boring with crappy speeches between the songs.

Skunk Anansie: entertaining.

Guns N' Roses: if we look beyond the real/not real GN'R -debate (I'm on the "not real" side just for the record), purely as a gig, it was very very good. Axl, though, when he's gained weight, sometimes seemed like a parody of the old himself... but he sang well and the band was very good indeed. So a positive surprise. Even the much dreaded solo parts were okay, some even good.

Weather: nice but damn cold!

Same here.

I LOVED the gig.
And so did my mother, my old 40 and so on years old mother.
She was as high as I on gig Smiley

Skunk Anansie was good too
Danko Jones and White lies were lame.
And the GNR, that  had absofuckinlutely nothin to do with real GNR, because there wasnt SLASH around.
It was good gig, though I did not appriciate the new guitarist.

I werent there but i guess i would have said exacly same things then U ROCK.  Mike is of course awesome, Skunk Anansie is pretty awesome and really a punk band. Those White Lies and Danko Jones have nothing special, bah...

And the new "GNR" aint GNR. Guns N Roses was Axl, Izzy, Slash, Steven, Duff or Axl, Izzy Slash, Matt and Duff. And i guess they were great even after Izzy left, though Izzy was very important person. He even wrote many songs in Appetite For Destruction. I guess it still would have been cool to see Axl

I live at Åland Islands,
That says it all...THE island that should sell to Swedes or just simply let 'em try to survive without any Finnish help Angry
